IFCC Warranty Program

IFCC offers a 1 Year Warranty. Any IFCC products found to be defective under normal use for a period of one year from the date of pick-up of the original purchaser, will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

This warranty excludes:

• labour, installation, servicing, overhead, and all other costs beyond the cost to replace or repair the defective products manufactured by IFCC.

• Damages which result from: 

• neglect, 

• accidental or intentional damage, 

• normal wear and tear, 

• repairs or alterations not authorized by IFCC, exposure to extreme temperatures and/or humidity, flood, fire, “acts of God,” or any other cause beyond human control, 

• Use for purposes other than that for which the product was manufactured,

• Damages or injury caused during installation or by shipping and handling 

• Any item, product, part or material not manufactured or sold by IFCC notwithstanding the same may have been sold by the dealer.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner(s).

The manufacturer’s liability under any of the aforesaid warranty is limited to the cost to the manufacturer to rectify defective work or material to a maximum aggregate limit of the wholesale purchase price to the dealer. The maximum aggregate limit will be reduced by the amount of any payments or cost previously made or incurred by the manufacturer under or in respect of the warranty.

All goods are to be inspected upon pickup. All products leaving the IFCC plant are considered to be in satisfactory condition. Any damage of any sort not reported at time of pickup will be assumed by IFCC to have happened during shipping.
